SUMMARY: Perhaps it's an April Fool's joke-- surely Saint Patrick's Day has already passed. And yet clovers rain down and the fountains run green regardless. But it's a nice welcome to The World regardless, so enjoy it while it lasts!


There's gold banners strung from rooftop to rooftop, catching the light of the eternally-setting sun and reflecting it every which way. The ground's already covered in a generous amount of fallen shamrocks, with no end in sight. They're in your hair, on your clothes, in your food-- everywhere!

The main fountain (as well as the smaller second fountain in the alchemy district) is running with fizzing green soda, glass mugs lined up along the edges invitingly. New characters will receive one of two items-- in the first half of the week, they'll be awarded a limited edition golden weapon to suit their class, adorned in emeralds. In the latter half (for later applicants), they'll receive a leprechaun hat. The size is entirely up to the player, so it can range from a cute, small hat a la lolita style, or a big floppy hat, or a dapper silk top hat.

Have a look around, meet others, and enjoy the Irish foods offered for free at NPC shops to go with the soda. All items earned are to stay!



There's even a young silver-haired GM dolled up in green silks at the quest kiosk available for questions, although he doesn't look particularly friendly. His body language says to Stay Away, despite his location right in the upper left corner of the town center.

[ --said very distraught boy who, being not quite as composed as usual, topples into the table and onto the floor-- spilling food everywhere and on all three of them. ]

Just what-- are you doing?! [ This can't be happening. ]

[uwawa]

[ at least she's on the top of the pile. Oops, sorry Leon. ] Did I fall asleep?

[ She's definitely sticky. And lying on a boy whose face is very close...

Flushing, Minako quickly attempts to sit up. ] I'm sorry--! [ And she hits her head against the side of the table. ] Oww...

[antiside]

Just get off...! [ He is going to squeeze his way out of the pile now. ]

[uwawa]

Eh? Eh? Who's talking? [ looking up~! Oh and then finally down. ]

Oh no, I fell on someone! D-did I unbalance you? Are you dizzy? K-killey? Georg?

[inhearts]

I'm okay! [ She smiles, or tries to. ] Are you?

...Wait--! [ Reaching out towards Leon but not touching, looking him over. ] Are you hurt anywhere?

[antiside]

... I'm fine. [ Actually, that's not true-- He is a little bumped up, but not because of the collision. The way he moves does suggest he's in some discomfort, but it doesn't show on his face. ]

If you're finished now, I'll be going. [ He wipes some of what looks like green frosting from his face. ]

[uwawa]

W-wait! [ f-follows. she's not too sure why but well she fell on him for a reason, right? things happen for a reason. ]

He looks kind of like... huh? Who was it again?

[ she looks back over at Minako. ] Meg? Wait, no. Belle?

[inhearts]

[ Gets up! She ... blinks at Viki though. ] Meg...?

[ Not a name she knows. Also, cutting Leon off physically, eyeing him with a small frown. ] You look terrible. Let's find you a place to rest. [ & looking at Viki -- ] Do you know if there's a bench close by?

[antiside]

I don't need to sit! I... [ He's annoyed that they keep trying to stop him! ]

I need to find my sword. You're in the way! [ Not the sword already strapped to his side, obviously. ]

[uwawa]

You have somewhere you want to go! Yay, I can help~

Um, I can definitely take you there! Just um, um... I can do this! A bench, bench...

Um. Please hold on to your belongings and your head. [ smile, smile and then without further warning she raises her hand and-- ]

[inhearts]

[ The sensation is strange and they're --

-- on a bench in the Harbor district of the town, looking out into the ocean. ]

What just -- Did we just...teleport? [ She looks around, confused! ] Where are we? [ At least they're on a bench, right?

She glances to her companions...how are you feeling, Leon? ]

[antiside]

[ As if suddenly finding himself in a strange place once wasn't enough, for a moment he wonders if it really just happened again.

But there's still clovers everywhere, so he must still be in the same place. Just... somewhere else in the same place. ]

...

[ You know what, maybe he will just sit down. :| ]

[uwawa]

Is this where you wanted to go? I did it right this time, right? No one got split in half.

Oh are we on an island? [ that's what a harbor means, right? ]

[inhearts]

Yes! Thank you very much!

[ She takes a few steps forward, dusting herself, looking out towards the sea and then turns back to face them two. ] Hmm, probably. It's not an island I know, though.

[ Looooks at Leon. Still concerned! ] How are you feeling?

[antiside]

[ He's not really listening. ] ... I'm dead, aren't I? A rock in that cave must have hit me, and now I'm in the afterlife surrounded by idiots as punishment.

It's the only explanation for all this.

[uwawa]

N-no! I'm sure I didn't drop a rock on anyone this time! You're alive, you must be!

Um, um maybe I should cast healing wind. O-or...Murad? Right a doctor, I should go get a doctor.

Nobody's dead yet! [ There's an edge of steel in her voice that wasn't quite there before now. Hands as fists on her hip, she's staring at Leon... ]

[inhearts]

[ She'll smile, though. ] You shouldn't call people idiots either. My name is Arisato Minako. What about the two of you?

[antiside]

[ He hesitates. ]

Is it important? We might not even see each other again.

[uwawa]

I'm Viki! [ oh wait, she totally heard what Leon just said. ]

But...but if you don't tell us then how will we meet again? Hm, maybe I should give him the mirro-- No, no! I can't what if I meet...

Huh, who was I looking for?

[inhearts]

It's nice to meet you, Viki-chan!

And exactly! [ Agreeing with Viki and-- ] We don't know that for sure, right? The time that we have now, we should make the best use of it! Besides, it was my fault that we fell and I've got to make it up to both of you.

[ Though...Viki's murmurings do have her curious. ]

[antiside]

[ He'd better not argue this, though he does still seem reluctant for whatever reason. ]

Leon, Leon... hm... [ she's looking up at nothing and swaying a bit as if trying to recall something from a giant mess of crap. ]

Oh! I'm Viki! [ yes, she said that before. she isn't entirely aware of it. There's something she's forgetting to say though, right? ] But he doesn't seem like the one that will watch over me.
