quest 5 | Shine on, Harvest Moon!
CHARACTERS: ALL (
holyrelic)
DATE: Sept 22-26
RATING: PG
SUMMARY: The NPCs are reaping the seeds that were sown during summer! ... Or at least making the players do it for them.
There are a few NPCs wearing straw hats and overalls(?!) hanging out by each Root Town's Chaos Gate trying to get people's attention. A quick inquiry as to why reveals that they're currently in need of extra hands! They practically force the keywords for the field they're working in on the Players - Δ Harvesting Season's Night Moon - but at least they're polite enough to not forcibly push you into the gates, right? ... Well, they might if you don't make a quick getaway!
But those who enter the keywords of the event field will find themselves in what looks like an incredibly well tended farmland. And what a bounty! Fruit orchards, fields of wheat and neatly marked vegetable patches are spread all over the field, with farmer NPCs dotting the area. This certainly explains where Mac Anu gets all it's food! There's an old, grizzled Harvest Cleric along with two younger NPCs near the Chaos Gate who spouts out a veritable shopping list of produce at you if he's asked. Hopefully you've got the memory of an elephant and not a goldfish and enough inventory management to put Leon S. Kennedy to shame, because this old man is a bit of a stickler for details (and perhaps a bit traditional). Produce can only be collected in a designated container and has a maximum capacity of five (5). The old Cleric wants the produce in a specific order and will settle for nothing less!
The order for the produce is:

[It seems that the professor has gotten himself lost amongst the apple trees. The fact that he happens to be quite short (even with the extra 20cm afforded to him by his hat) probably doesn't help his situation any]
Now where am I suppose to go to get those chestnuts?
[ooc: so I'm kinda pressed for time when it comes for RPing but oh my god, I miss you guys too much. Q___Q]

...
Maybe it's the fact that he was a farmer/rancher once that has caused him to be so easily distracted. His basket looks to be pretty full, all things considered. Now if only he and the NPC will stop miming at each other]

Was it a strange irony he'd find him by the pumpkins? Perhaps it was only funny to him, but he can't help but chuckle a little.]
