SUMMARY: Perhaps it's an April Fool's joke-- surely Saint Patrick's Day has already passed. And yet clovers rain down and the fountains run green regardless. But it's a nice welcome to The World regardless, so enjoy it while it lasts!


There's gold banners strung from rooftop to rooftop, catching the light of the eternally-setting sun and reflecting it every which way. The ground's already covered in a generous amount of fallen shamrocks, with no end in sight. They're in your hair, on your clothes, in your food-- everywhere!

The main fountain (as well as the smaller second fountain in the alchemy district) is running with fizzing green soda, glass mugs lined up along the edges invitingly. New characters will receive one of two items-- in the first half of the week, they'll be awarded a limited edition golden weapon to suit their class, adorned in emeralds. In the latter half (for later applicants), they'll receive a leprechaun hat. The size is entirely up to the player, so it can range from a cute, small hat a la lolita style, or a big floppy hat, or a dapper silk top hat.

Have a look around, meet others, and enjoy the Irish foods offered for free at NPC shops to go with the soda. All items earned are to stay!



There's even a young silver-haired GM dolled up in green silks at the quest kiosk available for questions, although he doesn't look particularly friendly. His body language says to Stay Away, despite his location right in the upper left corner of the town center.

It certainly isn't where I woke yesterday. Another timeline, perhaps... ah, but I deny any knowledge of such things. Surely this must be a different reality.

It's beginning so sound like the only possible explanation, but that still doesn't answer why...

A reason would be a good place to start in finding a way out, yes. And it would probably bother me forever if I were to go home without having learned why this happened in the first place. But regardless, if it takes time then it's better to start now, because some of us don't have time to waste.

This isn't a game. [it's only a game when he's making the rules, after all.] There are things at stake that are too important for me to be fooling around here, and I certainly don't have any time for "games".
