SUMMARY: Earth Day weekend isn't really a holiday, right...? But there's ten tons of recyclable garbage littered all over Mac Anu! Perhaps if you do your part and help clean the town there'll be another prize in it for you, huh? Hey, if nothing else, you have pointy sticks to stab garbage with-- take your stress out!

Mac Anu is a sore sight today, littered in recyclable goods, with empty plastic bottles floating in the harbor and the smallest scraps of cardboard and discarded cans in every nook and cranny. It may seem like a prank at first, until one notices the clearly-labeled recycling bins around the fountain with sharp metal-tipped sticks and mesh bags just begging to be picked up and put to use. The GMs are nowhere to be seen, but...

...There's an Out to Lunch sign on the Quest Kiosk. Maybe one will turn up sooner or later...? It's a pretty straightforward objective, if a tedious one. Mind the ends, and don't go stabbing each other's feet!

This is a bitty event, and the prize is a wee one-- as thanks for picking up the town and restoring it to a spic 'n span state, we'll ensure you get plenty, plenty of item drops to make up for it! Everyone will receive lvl.1 Simple Bracelets and Simple Necklaces modified with the item Dowsing Chain, which increases item drops by monsters 25%. They'll be titled "Search Bracelet" or "Search Necklace" and everyone can use them. )

[Before he was sent to this world, Shirou had been preparing to confront the governor of the universe, Polaris, who could wipe out worlds at will. He certainly hadn't been expecting to be forced to clean up the town of an unknown world that even Polaris couldn't reach. But here he was, casually stabbing various waste and putting them into the mesh bag he held in his other hand to be put into the right bins later. He also seemed to be enjoying the task very much, humming cheerfully to himself. Join him?]

[ Minako does, hurrying past him to push a plastic bag into the recycling bin.

Or ... she tries to but because the mouth of this bin is actually quite small, she doesn't succeed.

Minako isn't giving up!! :E ]

[Well Shirou filled up his mesh bag so he's going to head over to the bins now to sort the garbage he picked up. He looks over at Minako who seems to be having problems with the bin.]

Need help?

Ah-- [ She turns around, blinking, then realises who it is. Minako beams. ] If you're offering, I won't say no!

Great, because it wouldn't be right for me not to help a pretty lady like you in something like this.

[And he winks, partially to accompany his flirtatious words but also to show that it's all in jest. Sometimes he couldn't help his tendency to turn on his swag be playful.]

[ Minako grins at the wink and then turns back to the bin to study it. ]

Does the top open?

[He demonstrates by opening the bin and tossing in the garbage he picked up.]

For what purpose would someone leave all of this here?

[He pauses for a second before realizing that Al Saiduq was probably going to ask him to elaborate.]

This world reminds me of a video game, and there weren't recycling bins here earlier. Someone wants us to pick up the garbage.

So they put it here expressly so that we were to pick it up... I may not have experience with these games, but I think I understand somewhat.

[He watches Shirou some more and then starts cleaning up, himself.]

[Oh his mesh bag is full okay time to haul the bag over to the bins so he can sort the garbage he's collected.]
